I shouldn't have even dignified his poor display with an answer, and for that I apologize. I sold Mr. Labadie a Sportster Engine and Transmission. He paid me for it January 1. Then I didn't hear from him- not by phone or mail until June 06 at which time he expected me to drop everything I was doing to crate his engine right then and ship it. I could have charged him storage, but I didn't, but rather paid him all his money back by Certified Bank Funds. If anybody was at fault here, I was he who didn't handle his business any better than to leave his engine at my shop for over 6 months. i just finished restoring a 42XA i have some left over parts for sale or trade. 1 nos head light bracket, 1 nos horn bracket complete with terminal block, 1 nos battery mounting plate that gets welded to the frame. 1 good used front brake plate complete with shoes and levers, looks like a upside down 45 front plate.

Nicely chromed swing arm and nicely chromed shocks (transmission plate not included-used on another project). Some strengthing modifications made to upper motor mounts/frame rail that do not effect geometry and is covered by the gas tanks. Rake is stock but as you can see slightly modified and smoothed.
