Co-management
Omni is a referral and co-management center where optometrists and ophthalmologists provide advanced eye care for challenging surgical and medical cases. Our goal at Omni is to provide specialized care that goes beyond the scope of primary eye care. We provide secondary and tertiary care with further testing and management of difficult eye conditions and advanced ocular surgery.
At Omni, our patients, many who were referred to us for secondary and tertiary eye treatment, often require follow-up care. While we will schedule most follow-up exams with a patient’s primary doctor of optometry, we may also recommend re-evaluations with us from time to time. This coordinated effort ensures that you receive the highest quality care in the most convenient manner while minimizing your travel time.
