Donna White, RN, MSN, MHA

Administrator for Madison Street Surgery Center and Spivack Vision Center

Donna White, director of nursing, became an RN at the New England Deaconess Hospital School of Nursing in Boston, Massachusetts. She then went on to complete her B.S. in nursing from Metropolitan State College and her M.S. in nursing and healthcare from University of Phoenix.

Donna is a member of the Association of Operating Room Nurses and the American Society of Ophthalmic Registered Nurses. Prior to joining Madison Street Company (MSC), Donna worked as a charge nurse at the Lakewood Surgical Center.

Going along with her love of the sunshine in Colorado, Donna enjoys being outdoors, jogging and gardening. In 2004, Donna volunteered her time to assist Dr. Pardos with cataract surgery in Mongolia. She has three daughters in their 20s, Alaina, Michaela and Ashley.
